So I started doing this Weight Watchers thing at work. We started the week before Thanksgiving. UGH ... The Tuesday on the week of Thanksgiving I lost a total of 4.4lbs. Woo hoo for me. That leaves me at 205.6. I think. I started out at 210. UGh So now I am trying to do a little more than just watching what I eat. Russ and I acquired the Total Gym from my mom a little while ago. You've seen that on TV ... it is the one with Chuck Norris. Day 1 - Upper Body - It seemed easy enough. The only reason why I even got on the damn thing was because D'Angels father had pissed me off. I needed to get my frustrations out some way. Day 2 - Lower Body - When I woke up ... I thought my arms were going to fall off of my body. I'm doing these with Russ. He is on the intermediate program and I am on the beginner. This was Thanksgiving Day. I ate so much that it was crazy that night so I have to make up for it today.
