Can't Give UP

So lastnight I posted on Facebook that I was losing my motivation to work out. It was Tuesday night and the last time I had pounded the pavement was on Saturday. But there is process that I have to live by in order to go out to the movies with my friends. 1. First decide which movie you are going to go to. Me personally, I'll do just about any movie. Anything that I can do to get out of my house and away from the kids is a blessing in disguise. 2a. This one has two parts Who is coming? This is important!!! If you are going to go to a movie with one p
