So lastnight I posted on Facebook that I was losing my motivation to work out. It was Tuesday night and the last time I had pounded the pavement was on Saturday. It is Customer Service week at my job and we all eat horribly because it is all catered food each day. UGh ... Tuesday was Pollards Fried Chicken. OMG. Monday was Granby Street Pizza! I had 2 slices and 2 garlic knots! I'm horrible when it comes to temptation. To top it off I've been getting home late from work so I've been eating past 8:30 each night. Not good for my body ... I know this but I still choose to eat this late. I could do the right thing and bring something for me to eat at work on the nights that I work late. But alas, I'm lazy and I don't think of these things the night before. I posted on Tuesday that I was loosing my motivation.
